Personal Bio

Born in Southampton, Long Island, New York on December 19, 1984, Mr. Litsch moved to Volusia County, Florida at a young age with his parents. Ever the New Yorker, he talks fast, thinks fast, and is a true professional. He attended public school in Volusia County from kindergarten at Burns Oak Hilll Elementary in Oak Hill to graduating from high school at Spruce Creek High School in Port Orange. Mr. Litsch attended Stetson University in Deland from 2003-2006 and graduated with a Bachelor's of Arts (BA) in Mathematics. Mr. Litsch went on to graduate from Barry University School of Law with a Juris Doctorate (JD) in 2010. He passed the Florida Bar Exam on his first attempt in July 2010 and was sworn in as a member of the Florida Bar on September 24, 2010. His son, Lex (aka the Lex Express) was born on July 16, 2010, a week before taking the Florida Bar Exam. Mr. Litsch was also admitted to the Federal District Court for the Middle District of Florida in August 2013.

Mr. Litsch is currently a single divorced father. Mr. Litsch enjoys spending time with his son and the family pets when he is not practicing law as well as watching college and professional basketball and football, as well as professional wrestling. He enjoys visiting the Go Wrestle events in South Daytona. He enjoys learning about history, watching action movies, going swimming, and taking a nap on the porch. He getting outside and playing basketball with colleagues. Finally, he is a big kid at heart and enjoys buying and collecting vintage video game systems, games, manuals, and accessories.

Mr. Litsch is currently in the process of obtaining a second law license to practice law in the great state of Illinois. Mr. Litsch has plans on opening up a second law office in Illinois in 2018.
